We may collect: Name, Phone number, Session Code participation details, Theme selection, Session timestamps, and Payment status (via Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information to: manage Sessions, deliver SMS game messages, send notifications, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We share information only with necessary providers: SMS delivery (ex: Twilio), Payment processor (Stripe), and hosting providers. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain information as needed to run Sessions and meet compliance obligations. You may request deletion by contacting support.

5. SECURITY

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure.

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Hunt is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
